Andaman and Nicobar Islands are gearing up to offer an innovative experience to tourists by introducing luxury caravans at some of the most enchanting locations in the archipelago, according to an official announcement. The air-conditioned 'caravan' will redefine travel comfort with its opulent bunk beds, an inviting lounge area illuminated by mood lights, plush recliners complemented by foldable tables and chairs, a modern kitchenette, a convenient bathroom setup, and a reliable power backup.
Prioritizing tourists' safety, the caravan will be equipped with a comprehensive security system featuring a 360-degree camera and GPS navigation. As part of the preliminary strategy, the Directorate of Information, Publicity and Tourism (IP&T) will strategically identify a variety of alluring spots near beaches, amidst lush jungles, and atop hills. These locations will serve as ideal havens for travelers who opt for these caravans, allowing them to park their vehicles and indulge in an adventurous and luxuriously comfortable stay.
