In one instance, when asked about her lunch, Anshula described a plate of wholesome goodness: “Cabbage, black-eyed peas, raita, and rice.” It’s a nutritious combination packed with essential vitamins and minerals.
Another curious individual inquired whether Anshula indulges in a snack between lunch and dinner, to which she promptly responded with her current snack. With an image of a half-eaten sandwich, she revealed, “Today, it is a grilled cheese and vegetable sandwich on amaranth bread.” Packed with healthy ingredients like cucumber, onion, tomatoes, capsicum, red bell peppers, green mint chutney, and cheese slice, this snack offers a perfect balance of carbohydrates, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, making it a satisfying option for any time of the day.
Anshula also divulged her breakfast choice – protein pancakes, which are far from ordinary as they are packed with fruits and nuts.
